Exploring the moments, simple and grand, that reflect on the matters of the heart is what I hope to convey with my works of art in the style of expressionism and representational art. These moments can include having coffee with my girlfriends, reading a good book, wondering about a stranger's story, or maybe just listening to music. These are the times when I find myself in awe and motivated to capture feelings in acrylic and mixed media. With Jesus at the center of my life, I reflect on how those simple things connect. I find that the connections, regardless of whom it's between, always point back to intentional and intimate relationships. I especially love depicting these relationships among women and how they can be encouraging, empowering, and uplifting. These one of a kind creations are painted with purposefully selected music and/or collage material.
