Inspirational Art

Tracey creates works of art based on her faith.  These one of a kind creations are unique pieces which are a combination of both expressionism and representational art.  She will begin each piece in an intuitive manner and as the images and shapes develop and through prayer, true to life scenes or objects from nature begin to appear.  Predominantly, the images allude to scripture.  At other times, the images may relate to poetry and song lyrics.  Tracey uses collage material such as cast off Bibles found at flea markets, old hymnals, and age-old anthologies of literature.  In an redemptive art style, she collages the connected verse, stanza, or lyrics onto the paintings.  ​
